Q: What does a subscription to the KitTea Kit include?

A: Inside each month’s box, you’ll find: 3-5 fur-bulous products that will help you express yourself with cat flair! For example - artisan lapel pins, adorable socks, vinyl sticker(s) and meowch meowr! To top that off - every product in your box is cat themed!


Q: Sounds great! How do I subscribe?

A: Add the purroduct you want to gift/receive every month and checkout through Cratejoy. 


Q: Where does the KitTea Kit ship?

A: The KitTea Kit currently ships worldwide. Customers must pay for shipping which is calculated during the checkout process.


Q: Do I pick the samples I receive?

A: The KitTea Kit cat curators carefully select purr-stigious products each month, so you don’t have to choose anything!


Q: Can I purchase a KitTea Kit without a subscription?

A:  Yes! When on our website, click the “Give as a Gift” button and select how many boxes you (or your recipient) would like to receive. You’ll only be charged once, so you don’t have to worry about auto-renewing.  


Q: Can I purchase boxes from past months?

A:  Every box is specially cat curated each month, so they are not available for purr-chase at a later date. However, while supplies last, there are a limited number of single items from each month's box in our online store available for one time paw-chase. 


SUBSCRIPTION

Q: Can I subscribe to KitTea Kit in a store/location?

A: Right now, the only way to subscribe through our Cratejoy page.


Q: Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?

A: We’re glad to hear you want to share KitTea Kit with friends and that special cat lady in your life! You may have your box shipped to any recipient as long as your provide their address, email, and name. 


Q: Do I need to do anything after I subscribe to receive my box?

A: After you have successfully paid and subscribed there is nothing more you need to do on your end of the deal! Just sit back and wait for your furrst KitTea Kit to arrive.


Q: How do I update my subscription shipping address or billing information?

A: You can make adjustments to your shipping address or billing information through your Cratejoy account page, or by emailing us at catboss@kitteasf.com - please include the updated information in the email!


Q: Can I skip a month?

A: Not at this time. KitTea Kits will arrive monthly and cannot be skipped or put on hold. 


RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Q: Can I return items from a box?

A: Products included in The KitTea Kit are handpicked each month, so we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on the box or the items. If something is missing or damaged, please refer to the questions below.


Q: I received a box with missing/damaged products. What should I do?

A: Please let us know! Email us at catboss@kitteasf.com 


Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the instructions on your Cratejoy account page or by emailing us at catboss@kitteasf.com. Cancellations must be made before the last day of the month. There is no cancellation fee, but we'll be sorry to see you go!


SHIPPING

Q: How can I track my order?

A:  You will receive an email each month with your order number and tracking information when your KitTea Kit is on its way. 


Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Shipping is calculated at checkout, and will be roughly $3.00 for addresses in the contiguous United States.


Q: When will I receive my box?

A:  All KitTea Kits are shipped on the 4th of the month and will arrive within 3-5 business days for most US shipping addresses. Please order by the 15th to get the upcoming box (ie. Order by January 15th to receive the February box). You will receive an email when your KitTea Kit ships, so you can track it to your doorstep. 


Q: My tracking number says "delivered" but I didn't receive it. 

A: Our sincerest apawlogies! Please check with other members of your household and neighbors to see if one of them could have received it and put it in your house. It also could be at your local post office awaiting your pickup. Please take the tracking number to the local post office and check with them.  

You may also contact the U.S. Postal Service since it was tracked to your address via their GPS devices when entering the tracking number upon delivery. You should contact them ASAP to officially put them on notice and let them know that your package was never delivered providing them with the tracking number. This has to be done by you at the delivery address and they will start a Postal Investigation as Postal theft is a Federal Crime and they do investigate your claim.  


PAYMENT

Q: When will I be billed for my subscription?

A. You will be charged at checkout for your initial purchase or prepay, along with applicable sales tax and shipping. You will then be charged the monthly fee for your recurring subscription on the 11th of each month. 


Q: Do you charge sales tax?

A: If applicable, sales tax will be added to your monthly subscription fee.


Q: What happens if my payment fails?

A. We will send you an email to let you know that you need to update your account details to not miss out on the upcoming KitTea Kit. You can update your details by going to your Account page on Cratejoy or contacting us at catboss@kitteasf.com. You must update any necessary shipping or billing details by 11:59pm PST on the last day of the same month to receive this month’s box; otherwise, we will cancel your KitTea Kit subscription manually.
